This photo surfaced online few days ago with many complaining that why should a traffic official who arrest others for using their phone while driving is now the one "breaking the law" according to them.

The thing is; he is on operation in a properly marked vehicle, so he has some liberty that ordinary folks do not have. He can even take one-way if the need arises but you can't. Don't compare yourself with him!
